Collingwood, our original launch pad, is the heart of Side Launch where grit meets glory. Nestled in historic Collingwood amid Blue Mountain, Georgian Bay, and downtown vibes, our dog-friendly Taproom & Beer Garden buzzes year-round with après-ski pints in winter, and dockside hangs in summer.

Towering fermenters, 30-foot windows overlooking the sprawling beer garden, and a 25-foot bar from reclaimed local wood set the scene for authentic connection and relentless craft.
