(b) complete the entry form available on this page.

Limit of one (1) entry per person per method of entry, unless otherwise stated.

One (1) winner will receive a Side Launch Summer Prize Pack (approximate retail value: $750). Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

The winner will be selected by random draw and must correctly answer a skill-testing question to claim the prize.
